Consistent, accurate, and complete — that's what you expect from a copyedited document. Once you’re happy with the structure and content of your project, I can help you present your message in the best possible way by making sure your text has continuity, correct mechanics (grammar, spelling, punctuation), and precise information.

Rate Includes: One round of copyediting, document with track changes, a “clean” document without track changes, editorial notes, and all project correspondence (style sheet included upon request)

Standard Rate: $0.05/word (a second round of copyediting may be available at an additional cost)*

Enhanced Rate: up to $0.075/word (higher complexity project; a second round of copyediting may be available at an additional cost)**

Think of this as quality assurance! Before your document or project is published, I’ll review it in its final format to ensure accuracy and consistency of all style and design elements (including captions, images, running heads, and hyperlinks). At this stage, care is taken to correct errors without making major overhauls to previously edited and revised work.

Rate Includes: One round of proofreading, electronic or hardcopy proofs with proofreading stamps, marks and/or comments, proofreading notes, and all project correspondence

Standard Rate: $0.04/word (a second round of proofreading may be available at an additional cost)*

Enhanced Rate: up to $0.05/word (higher complexity project; a second round of proofreading may be available at an additional cost)**
